Cypress Gorres is a renowned freelance makeup artist from Frankfurt, Germany and now based in San Antonio, Texas. She began her career in the esteemed Famous Face Academy in Frankfurt, Germany in 2010 where she studied master makeup artistry and hair styling program for one year. Through her training and education she has since acted as a lead artist for several mediums. She has worked behind the scenes for several fashion shows in Frankfurt, Germany; Hampton Roads, Virginia; Washington D.C., and even has loaned her skills to charitable fashion events. She has a huge passion for color and that has shown brightly through the numerous print and published photoshoots, music videos and short films she has worked for. Her specialties include bridal, beauty, fashion and editorial.

She always strives to stay cutting edge and unique, and takes great pride in leaving her clients not only happy, but ecstatic about the work that she has done. Her mission is to bring optimum beauty of every ethnicity while educating her clients about healthy skin practices, and providing tips to them on their everyday look. She takes into account what her clients wants when creating the appropriate look.

Cypress is also a licensed cosmetologist and alumni of Paul Mitchell the School San Antonio. She finished on top of her class and she continues her education by attending seminar and workshops to hone her skills and to stay up to date with product knowledge and new trending techniques.
